Consultation on the review of the European Union (Birds and Natural Habitats) (Sea-fisheries) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 290 of 2013)
A public consultation is now underway in respect of a review of the European Union (Birds and Natural Habitats) (Sea-fisheries) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 290 of 2013).
You are invited to read the Consultation Document which sets out the reasons for the review, provides an overview of the Regulations and sets out several questions. The Consultation Document is available at the link below:
